Worst dine in experience ever. No parking is one, we had to park on the road with our hazard on so we won't get towed/clamped. Food took 1hr (even more) to serve. Cashier kept on accepting grab/food panda orders even when we were in front of her, ordering. It is obvious that they prioritize delivery orders, maybe bcoz of incentives? Coz she turned her back at us several times to confirm delivery orders. But the WORST of them all, our shawarma orders (3 pcs) took 50mins to be served. Our biryani, an hour!!!
We saw several delivery riders got their orders before us. The person who ordered for dine in before us have already finished eating, while we still waited.
The cashier said it will be 15 to 20 mins when we ordered, but when confronted, she said the line for the food was too long.. she could have just told us from the start so we could have transfered to a different resto.
We had to rush out before our food was even served, as we spotted a Dasma govt vehicle that may clamp our cars.
Ended up taking out our food. We were overly famished due to the long wait, but cannot handle the scare of being towed or clamped.
When we finally had our lunch at almost 2pm (ordered around 1230pm), we discovered, that they did not pack sauces.. shawarma without sauce! Haist..
Our Biryani rice meals were way toooooo spicy, you can see that spices are clamped together, they obviously did not mix the spices well and they may have deliberately made it tooo spicy because we were already agitated due to the long wait. My hummus was black at the top.. like 2 spoonful of spices was placed.. and yes i also waited for 1 hour for my hummus.
I saw their small kitchen and it was chaos!!! Not sanitary at all. A lot of ingredients on the floor.
I recommended this resto to my group of friends because my family were frequent customers when we were still in Dasma. But, it isn't as it was before. They should not open until they relocated (with parking) or renovated and retrained their people and rethink their order strategies. Until then, i will NOT RECOMMEND this...
Read moreWorst indian restaurant. Took my family here for dinner. We ordered beef biryani, beef masala, kebab, mango shake, and chapati. After 1 hour of waiting, the attendant told us that beef is not available and asked us if we can change our order to chicken. We agreed. After another 30 mins, we followed up for our order only to be asked what they were. We repeated our order. Then they served the kebab, and the biryani. The other orders didnt came.
We followed up for the rest of the order and was shocked to be advised that they are no longer available. We ended up asking for a refund and ate elsewhere.
While asking for a refund, other customers line up at the cashier with their own set of frustrations. Including poor grab and food panda riders who got advised that their orders are also not available. This was done after more than an hour of wait.
Do not eat here if you want a...

✔ Biryani – The rice was fragrant, fluffy, and packed with delicious spices. The caramelized onions on top added a perfect touch. Definitely a must-try for Biryani lovers!
✔ Pani Puri – A fun and flavorful experience! The crisp puris were filled with a tasty mix of potatoes, chickpeas, and fresh greens, ready to be enjoyed with the tangy and spicy water.
✔ Hummus & Pita – The hummus was smooth, creamy, and rich in flavor, complemented by a generous drizzle of olive oil. The warm, soft pita bread was the perfect pairing!
Overall, the food was fresh, flavorful, and worth every bite. The only thing to note is that it can get a bit crowded, so expect a short wait. But if you love bold flavors and a satisfying meal, it’s definitely worth it!
