With all the ongoing road repairs along Aguinaldo highway, Tagaytay food trip seemed to be not a great idea for the mean time if you're from Dasmariñas, Cavite. Good thing there's a nearby cafe to hang out without having to torture yourself with all the traffic you're about to face if you dare travel to Tagaytay from Dasmariñas.

Tinatangi Cafe offers what most Tagaytay cafes offer (maybe minus the view but I tell you this place has the Tagaytay vibe and literal chill if you're at the Veranda area). The place is spacious and can accomodate hundreds at a time.

The garden, tree house, swing, birdcages with lovebirds and cockatiels worked well for my preference. It has a cool, relaxing chill vibe for couples, families and big groups.

Queueing for your food order may take 30 mins to an hour so line up immediately when you arrive here (head straight at the counter/cashier before you wander around), then another 30 minutes or so before your food is served so anticipate the delays and keep your patience.

Btw we arrived at 6:15 pm on a Saturday night, queued at 6:30pm, paid by 7:12 pm, food served by 7:35pm.

Budget: 500-600 per person can already get you a meal, drink and dessert.

We ordered the ff (I'll rate it): Triple threat- 8/10 Matcha- 6/10

Pork sisig - 7/10 ( you'll need extra rice if you're an above average eater) Creamy pesto- 8/10 (great serving, got full with this in fairness) Chicken Alfredo - 6/10 ( I hope they'll improve the seasoning on this one, kinda bland)

Matcha cheesecake - 7/10 ( right sweetness for me, not sweet at all) Oatmeal cookie - 6/10

P.s.hopefully they'll add one more restroom area since there's only one given this place is quite big. I'll just commend the restroom because it's clean, has a working flush and the soap dispenser has an actual soap in it and the best part is that it's...

Dear Tinatangi Cafe Management,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the experience my companions and I had at your establishment yesterday (between 2:00–3:00 PM). We were seated at the al fresco area just outside the cafe.

After borrowing a menu, I proceeded to place our order. To my surprise, one of your lady baristas looked at me, then completely ignored my attempt to order and instead resumed chatting with her colleagues. At the time, there were about 5 to 6 staff members present. I made eye contact with several of them in hopes of being acknowledged or assisted, but unfortunately, I was ignored by all.

I tried approaching the other side of the cashier area to get assistance, but still, no one was willing to help. After about 1–2 minutes of standing there awkwardly while the staff continued their casual conversation, the same barista who initially ignored me finally addressed me—only to inform me in a rather dismissive tone that they were already on cutoff and that I had to place my order at the cashier on the second floor.

This kind of behavior was not only rude but also highly unprofessional. I believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of internal protocols.

To make matters worse, I witnessed some of your male staff members engaging in inappropriate behavior—catcalling female customers and asking for their Facebook profiles after these customers had helped them take photos. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on your establishment.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and take the necessary actions to improve your staff’s professionalism and behavior. Your cafe has a lot of potential, but incidents like this can easily ruin a customer's perception...

I went here on a Sunday night but luckily it is not that crowded. The ambiance of the place is very nice- perfect for dates, gatherings and celebrations. It is surrounded by trees so it is not that hot. All of the staff are very accommodating- from the counter, the men that always offer us water hehehe and the kuya in the parking lot. Btw, they have a parking lot for cars & motorcycles.. actually malaki nga so parking isn't a problem here. The food is 10/10. It might be pricey for other people but it is reasonable naman. You get what you pay. I tried their pastas, coffee, chicken and cake-- they taste very good. The coffee actually is good for the price. I have no bad comments. It's all good! Must try food/drink: ⭐Tinatangi latte- priced at P160 yata, usual coffee taste pero maeenjoy niyo sweetness and coffee taste nya. ⭐Honey Garlic Chicken rice meal (they also have wings sharing for that)- priced at P185 but large serving na siya. The taste is so good and perfect, best consumed kapag mainit pa para di tumigas yung breading hehe. Pagkauwi ko nagcrave agad ako huhu sarap! Babalikan ko talaga to. ⭐Pesto and alfredo pasta- noodles are correctly cooked, the flavor is perfect! Pesto pasta is not super "ma-basil" type of pesto. Balances naman siya basil-cream. Their alfredo pasta is super creamy. I really enjoyed it. I went here 3x na so every balik ko talaga very sulit. 💯

Saw this on Tiktok, and I wanna try it myself and decided to celebrate my birthday here in the famous Tinatangi Cafe, which is a really good interior. Huge parking. Can accommodate a huge number of people. They have event halls for a bigger crowd. Instagram worthy. The comfort room is clean. Quite place and not crowded, you will enjoy taking photos and videos. There are so many spaces you can choose. The food is good. But it served already cold. I hope they can improve their service regarding food. They should've served the appetizer first before the main dish instead of serving them at once. Now everything is cold fries become soggy. Good thing food is delicious. I like daing na bangus and their sizzling sisig is very creamy and spicy really good combination, the chicken bbq is also good, caesar salad is scrumptious too! I love it. I do dont recommend the honey glazed chicken burger. Idk, maybe it's my tastebud, uts doesn't have onions, and tomatoes so maybe that's why all you can taste is the honey and chicken or maybe because its was served cold that's why its not giving. Love fries, but we didn't enjoy it cause it was already soggy when it was served. Also, good staff and crews are very accommodating and friendly, very welcoming. It is still highly recommended. We enjoy our dine in
