The inihaw squid was a highlight of our meal, beautifully grilled to achieve a soft, sweet, and smoky flavor that was perfectly executed. However, not all dishes met these high standards; the nilagang baka was somewhat underwhelming, lacking the robust flavor one might expect from such a traditional dish. This is one of the newest restos in the area. The jack's ridge ambience is kept well and food is quite tasty but not exquisite . I feel it's a rip-off though, 👎👎👎👎 a you-don't-get-what-you-pay-for kind of place.
