Jollibee — Restaurant in Davao City

This Jollibee branch is the one nearest our place so we tend to go here for some quick bites or after an early morning walk or for take-outs when we are too tired or lazy to cook at home and we needed food en pronto. For the instances we went here, there are times the queue was long and we waited long. Perhaps, they could improve on the speed of their transactions and add up storefront staff whenever the lines are too long. The guards and crew are friendly and accommodating and the manager so that's a saving grace. Also, maybe check also on cleanliness as there are times the dishes are not bussed out fast, left in the tables and next customers need to prompt the staff to clean-up. I order food for my brother under his name he is PWD legally, he have peg insertion and his food need to be on time, I order 4 pc chicken must be thigh part, 3 yum burger 1 spaghetti 1 palabok, on my Jollibee app, the food was confirm all available. hwever when the food arrived I only get 1 palabok, 1 spaghetti 4 pc chicken 2 wings and 2 breast part which is he dont really like, worst we only got 1 yum burger, where happy coz we are able to apply PWD discount online but it feels like even for them coz we did not receive 2 out of 3 yum burger, I was trying to rich them out by calling but no one answer,we did contact the rider but he's already too far to cameback don't know if the rider telling truth but I didn't want to bother him. I know Jollybee is all Filipinos favorite but again and again I can't find anything good in there. The atmosphere is hectic and loud, the place is dirty and the food...oh my. The Spaghetti cooked like Chinese Noodles with way to much sugar sauce and hotdogs that haven't seen much meat. All colored with food coloring. The fries are pale, undercooked, soggy and cold. The chicken is fried with batter, the taste is ok but it is very very small and therefore expensive. Jenny fried chicken saves u a lot. The chicken gravy is from powder and it tastes like that.
