Indulging in the vibrant flavors at Lacaran was a culinary journey worth savoring. The Lacaran Salad danced on my taste buds with succulent shrimps, ripe mango, crunchy walnuts, crisp lettuce, and a delightful harmony of honey and tamarind dressing. The Tanigue Steak delivered a perfect blend of tenderness and flavor, while the Thai BBQ Ribs left me craving more with their tantalizing smokiness.

The Red Curry Shrimps, with fried eggplant, coconut cream, and lychee, created a symphony of rich and exotic tastes. The Pad Thai was an absolute delight—each bite a burst of Thai goodness that left me exclaiming, “Namit!” And let’s not forget the Thai Fried Rice, a stunning fusion of Thai bagoong, sweet pork, green mangoes, peanuts, and red eggs, creating a culinary masterpiece.

Seated beside the sea, Lacaran’s ambiance painted a vivid scene, enhancing the dining experience with the soothing sounds of waves and a refreshing sea breeze. The combination of delectable dishes and the picturesque setting made my visit to Lacaran not just a meal but a...

It's a letdown. Pad Thai didn't look or taste like Pad Thai at all. You're expecting sweet, salty, sour, and spicy. It's bland, it looks and tastes more like palabok. At P415, you would expect proper food, especially since they use the word Thai in their name.

The saving grace was a nice tasting Bicol Express (unfortunately, it doesn't taste like Bicol Express again, but at least it's not bland!). Orange "Pad Thai" in photo below.

Additionally theyre not sharing their wifi. Was told it's only for the use of the owner. We mentioned that they are using the WiFi name Lacaran, so customers expect that it's for use of the customers. They should let this be used, especially since the area has no signal at all.

Toilet is dirty. Tables are dirty. The chairs of the table next to us were not tidied up at all the entire time we were there.

We are definitely not...

Our experience here was so exquisite. The place is relaxing, it's quiet and devoid of traffic noise. The backyard view of the sea tops everything. They have a wide backyard that is perfect for family occasions or any special event. The food is also amazing. Although the spiciness of Thai food isn't there (it's our fault, I think, we forgot to sprinkle chili flakes). They offer both Thai and Filipino food. I love our Thai food orders especially the fried rice, thai salad, sticky mango rice, and thai iced tea. I am very particular with restrooms, and theirs did not disappoint. Theirs is so clean, with aesthetic vibes. Their service is also commendable. The servers are friendly. Plan your family eat-out there, and it will be memorable. Only downside is no Wi-Fi connection (which is good since you get to enjoy the view and...
