Their staff are rude, almost throwing your orders tk the table. I even had a very BAD experience here last month. I ordered a Palabok meal and they told me that it will be served in 10 minutes, I agreed to such term as the lady at the counter said that it can be served EARLIER than 10mins. Sadly, they made me wait for 45 mins and still didn't serve the meal I ordered. They even served 4 dishes of Palabok to a customer who came later than I did. I asked one of their servers about it and she told me that they served those customers some OLD palabok and mine was being prepared so that I would have something fresh. I was thoroughly disappointed and went on a rage at their counter. Their female manager was at the counter at that time but chose to ignore me (so much for customer service). Ordered at this place at around 8:30 am. Asked for my first order but wasn't available, so i asked for a different order but still wasn't available. I don't know with others but this can be disappointing, especially when you're hungry and on the verge of getting hangry after a dizzying van ride. But i needed to eat breakfast, It was at that point that i asked what's available. They gave me one of the jollibee breakfast meals. Well, atleast it's still a jollibee breakfast meal. Although i need to tell the egg in it sorry because i can't eat it for breakfast.

Whenever i come to this place, i often had a bad feeling that the service is bad. It is not based on intuition but a series of mishaps i experienced in the past.
