Jollibee — Restaurant in General Santos

Jollibee Lagao invited them to attend the Blessing just yesterday morning.. Ate Pebbs invited me so we could have time to see the place and experience the beginner's life as a Local Guide in GenSan..

So as we go around the place and mingled with people and the crew and managers.. I personally felt happy as we celebrated with staffs and crews.. Jollibee is truly the BeeDa sa Saya.. :)

Talking about the whole place.. Well, yeah! It really is the biggest store in GenSan.. It has 2nd Floor which I think is good for the comfortability of the customers.. The CR is a bit narrow but it is clean and selfieable.. Haha.. The parking lot and entrances also has ramps for the differently abled person who uses wheelchair for their mobilization..

So, I am giving this a 5 stars :) You are always the Beest Jollibee :)

I dined at this branch, and unfortunately the cashless payment option at the kiosk is still not working—the same issue I raised with the manager during my visit in May 2025. The guard was quite hostile in giving instructions, which made the experience uncomfortable. At the counter, the crew members weren’t warm or welcoming, not even offering a simple smile. This is disappointing, as the brand is well known for promoting friendliness and happiness. In addition, the cashiers seemed unsure about issuing receipts, which caused unnecessary delays. I would like to commend your worker Sherie Mae Gonzales who helped us find seating on the terrace during a lunch time rush. She willingly gave up some of her break time to assist our party of six and was very cheerful about it. I am from the USA and I am accustomed to excellent service and she certainly delivered it for you. You should certainly give her a raise or a nice bonus for a job well...
