I was going to complain about what happened me and with my co-workers, there were 30+ of us who were going to eat then we were surprised that there were too many people and there was a party upstairs and I knew that so we arrived around 5:30pm until we reached 6 :00pm still standing and waiting for us to sit and we ordered so if there a available table and we got a standing ovation. I used to be a McDonald's crew, I know how much of a hustle it is, but they were two crews, the party team or Gel on duty, one of them should have at least cleaned then I asked a female crew and I forgot her name, she caught up with us on the stairs waiting for a chair from the party, the party was over at that time they were just cleaning up, then she said that eating upstairs is not allowed, so I asked her that later when it's ove we can eat thier? Then still it's not allowed to eat upstairs, why? where we can to eat and we were still standing and no one even approached us and there was no suggestion at all. I asked the manager right away because we've been standing for a long time, he said it's okay to eat upstairs but it takes 1 hour to clean, what? why? if they wait for their customers like that we can’t go back their and still then they let everyone dine in without information to take out? what kind of store and no one knows how to approach properly. Maging maayos naman kayo sa...
Read moreSo, I geared up for a mission that felt more like a tortoise's leisurely stroll than a food delivery. McDonald's, congratulations on turning what should have been a quick jaunt into an epic quest of disappointment.

As I navigated the concrete jungles, I couldn't help but wonder if McDonald's had outsourced their delivery to a team of sloths in slow motion. I half-expected to see a snail pass me by, laughing at the absurdity of their supposed speedy service.
By the time the meal finally arrived, it was colder than the icy glares I was shooting at my phone while tracking the perpetually delayed delivery. I've seen servers at medieval banquets move quicker than this.
McDonald's, if your delivery service were a computer program, it would be the buggiest, slowest, and most outdated version ever coded. Step up your game – even my pet rock moves faster than your...
Read moreMy experiences with McDonald's -Bacao delivery have been consistently frustrating. The delivery riders are often made to wait unnecessarily, and it seems like there's a prioritization issue with CAYGO over preparing the actual orders. This, coupled with the habit of pressing "ready" before the order is even prepared, has led to delays in receiving my order. Sadly, this has become a recurring issue, making their delivery service less than...
