Jollibee Guagua Highway — Restaurant in Guagua

Not good experience with this branch Feb 5, 12 noon. We ordered the burger steak & chicken combo and requested for thigh or leg part. The crew informed us that only breast parts, even if we're willing to wait for the next batch. For our dine-in order is okay, what's not is the take-out order of 3 orders of 8pc bucket for pasalubong. The kitchen crew told us that they only serve breast part, nothing else. This branch lost a large food order because of unavailability of chicken parts. Imagine eating 24 pcs of white and least tasty part of chicken? We went to this branch, and the manager refused to acknowledge and give us proper discount for PWD privileges. We presented 3 PWD IDs and the manager Eduardo Diego insisted that we can only use 1 PWD ID and he can only give 80 pesos maximum discount on the order we made for 799 Pesos 8 pcs chicken joy bucket meal. This is a clear violation of the Republic Act No. 10754. Furthermore, he discriminated us by his sarcastic explanation that if they honor the discounts, then we don't have to pay for anything anymore. Clearly he has no idea about the DTI policies concerning PWD Benefits and how it works. This ignorance cannot be tolerated. The place is clean. Wearing of face masks and face shields are not strictly followed. I asked for ketchup for take out for our burgers but was declined. The supervisor said bec the burger has a special sauce. Even so, what the heck? My family loves a lot of ketchup on our burgers! This is the only store that declined my request.
