Pat's Palabok — Restaurant in Guiguinto

I've been here for quite few times. Foods are great however there are lots of disadvantages eating in this place. But I still eat in here because of palabok n halo-halo. First is the parking lot, there are many customers with vehicles and the parking space is just the side of the road. Second, after parking in my experience for few times, there is always 86(out of stock) foods including the palabok even though its only 2-4PM. Third, after you order you need to wait for about 20-30mins even you just ordered a few, I know there are lots of customers but most of them are already served and in my experience as kitchen staff it is too long, it only takes 10-15minutes of waiting time unless they lack of kitchen staff, poor execution or preparation problems since the morning. Fourth, as mentioned in the first one the store is beside the main road which makes the place dusty.

Extremely excellent value for money is what comes to mind at Pat's palabok. For the sum of only ₱50, you can get a plate of palabok. For only ₱60, you can get a tall glass of halo-halo that's got more stuff in it than Razon's which is twice the price. You can also purchase pancit by the bilao here. I'd recommend this place if you're in the area though as the area during weekdays can get pretty heavy...
