Parking: Parking was full and was told to park further away past Oceanos, but when I u-turned a car left the guard should of just told us to wait since seconds lng un difference or at least let us double park like the other cars.

Service: NEGATIVE STARS food service was very slow, missed orders said would be right out but took forever like they just got the orders slip in the kitchen the waiter also came back to ask what we ordered after we already got the main dishes but no rice came even when we almost ordered every rice on the menu. he also rewrote our order on his hand he don’t even know what food they have on the menu even when we repeated it multiple times. They didn’t even give us plates, utensils or water, until we asked after waiting about 1hr. The water pitcher also had some particles in it might have been paint because it was blue and floating around the drinking water. We also kept asking the waiters multiple times to update our order at the kitchen they just kept saying 10mins 3-5x but still nothing even the plain rice tools forever like they still had to cook the rice. It still took them forever to serve us when the other tables who came after us already had their food, plates, etc and our table was still empty if we don’t initiate them to set the table Mayb when our main dishes come out we still wouldn’t have anything to eat on. The manager was also useless, saw him multiple time just standing around he kept saying he was supervising the tables but what happens to our table he said “nakita ko ung table nyo” but didn’t even do anything about it just because he just arrived he didn’t do anything just like the waiters didn’t do anything

Food: ZERO STARS!!! MSG overload we all got headaches/sleepy on the drive home and was also salty maybe if we had the rice with the main dish would of been less salty and with the 1 of the 6 rice we ordered it was over cooked watery and oily at the same time like lugaw fried rice

*if you like bad service I would recommend this place *bad staff this place is for you *MSG overload if you prefer having headaches and salty everything this...

My family went to eat here last Valentines Day February 14, 2021. They drove 40 mins all the way from a different town to celebrate. First problem was when they arrived, there was no table ready to accommodate them even if they had a confirmed reservation. It seemed that the reception lost the reservation details as to they were clearly scrambling and pinpointing to one another who among them noted the reservation. Next, after ordering appetizers and drink, my family ordered maindishes in advance as the kitchen was already getting busier. To everyone's dismay, after patiently waiting two hours and thirty minutes, no food aside from the drinks and appetizers came! I know this was a busy day to serve guests but come on, you could've foreseen such situation with better planning on your part! This is very incompetent for a restaurant trying to sell its name as worldclass and of quality. Nothing but lackluster service, no show meals, and time...

Great place right by the beach. Beautiful set up and plenty of seating. The food was good. Alot to choose from on the menu. The fried chicken was seasoned and cooked well. Had a better experience at dinner time than lunch. We dropped by for lunch and ordered some fruit shakes. Waited over 20minutes for them only to find out it was served to the wrong table and that they ran out of mango to make our order. The second order was still not correct as we ordered pineapple with coconut and received just coconut. I believe the waitress was probably new and just needed further training. Despite the bad experience, the place is still nice to dine in. Dinner time, they have a live band. You can sit by the beach area. The cushion seats and low tables is a great concept but a little bit uncomfortable to sit and eat. Over all, it’s...

The food was good, but we couldn’t eat properly because we had 10-15 LARGE FLIES swarming us and our food (we were the only customers that time). NO HATE INTENDED, your customers need you to be ACCOUNTABLE for your restaurants’ health code violations. Our bangus sisig also had too many scales and fish bones, either they didn’t care if the kids choked or they were trying to save money with fish scales and bangus bones. For the price we paid ($100+) you’d think they have counter measures for the flies that touch garbage, poop, and food, but they don’t. Fly traps are 5-15 pesos each, and a mosquito zapper would be a better investment. Check videos for the flies Talk about not caring for your restaurant. And the servers there don’t know how to accommodate customers, whenever I asked for a candle it took 3 tries to get it.

This place is good. Food is great and super affordable! We ordered a feast and paid less than 2k. The view and the cool sea breeze will set you in a siesta mood. It is so relaxing to hear the ocean waves crash on the shoreline whilst enjoying a scrumptous meal. BTW don't forget to order their Kropek, it is so addicting! The pickled chillis in suka as your dip is very addicting as well. The icing on the cake for me was the view.. it is amazing. The staff was very friendly, and the service was fast.
