We experienced discrimination at this branchâjust because of rice. đ
Instead of informing us about their policy, one of the crew members immediately pressed the buzzer. She was rude and snarky in her tone. Another crew member then approached us, and her manner wasnât respectful either. Other guests even started looking at us.
They tried to justify it by saying one of us got angry, which is why they gave 2 rice servings instead of just one at a time as per their policy. But the truth is, no one from our group was angryâso we really donât know where that story came from.
As we were leaving, we overheard crew member #2 talking in a sarcastic tone to the guard, saying there are customers who eat without paying properly.
This was such an embarrassing experience for us. The crew were unprofessional and disrespectful.

The waiting period of 30 minutes shows lacking on your part, yet you will not give your customers soup until they already have their food (which it was not their fault btw.) Why not serve the soup as they patiently wait for you to prepare their food.
I even saw a senior asking for soup and not given. Because he doesnât have food yet. Isnât it just right to serve soup first?
