Starbucks Robertson Plaza — Restaurant in Kawit

So sad. My worst experience with this store branch that I ever had! Last night before they closed, six of us walked in for dine-in and my niece placed the list of orders and along with that, she presented two señor cards to the order taker/cashier. The cashier reviewed and accepted the orders and started ringing them up but deleted three food entries without telling us after we made the payment. As we brought the orders to our tables from the pick-up counter, we discovered that we were missing entries. My niece came back up to the counter to ask why we were missing entries and the cashier advised her that we could only have one entry per drink and that this is the store’s policy. Amazingly, we were wondering what they were doing! We had talked to the cashier’s “LEAD/SUPERVISOR” about what happened and he replied that there is no such store policy. This whole situation became aggravating and we were all disappointed.

This Starbucks is located inside Robertson's Plaza Mall. I have no qualms with Starbucks, but Robertson's Plaza Mall's security guards are trash! They will shoot anybody who parks on the open parking and leave for a while even if the purpose is to bring more customers to their mall. I even complained to their manager but the Manager just said "The security guards don't have guns". What is the weapon the Security guard touted at me, intending to shoot me is...

Starbucks-Robertson Plaza is a good place to hang out with your friends, colleagues, and family. The space inside the store was big enough and we enjoyed our stay at the alfresco dining.

They followed the safety protocols and they checked also if the customers dining inside are fully vaccinated.
