McDonald's — Restaurant in Imus

This is one of the most welcoming fast food branches of McDonald's 🥰, especially for a breakfast shift. And I was really hungry then. From the moment I stepped on their territory, Mr. Security Guard was armored with a smile😁. Walking through the entrance, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee ☕, buttery pancakes 🥞 and scrambled eggs 🍳 made me more hungry. One of the breakfast crews assisted me promptly even if there were other customers to serve. Overall, the breakfast crew was cheerful, warm, courteous, very friendly. 😍 Thus, for my first meal of the day, and an extra order to-go for my companions on our trip, my light breakfast of cheesy eggdesal and orange juice I give this branch a grade of D 🤩! We went to this branch around midnight. We ordered large sprite and got water. There was so much ice inside the cup there was barely any soda in it. They forgot our take out order and I had to ask for it. I know fast food places are hectic but at least try to get customers orders correctly. It was very chaotic in their kitchen and counter. With only one cashier, there were more than 10 people manning the food at her back and they still managed to give us water instead of the sprite I ordered. When I asked for our take out order the staff looked like she was irritated. Well, not a very good service...

Used MCDO Delivery through the website. My order was not delivered but according to the status it was delivered. The customer service told me that the phone number provided was wrong. They did not even go to the address indicated and even the number provided was correct. The possible wrong on this was the one who dialed the number who got the last number wrong and after calling the wrong person and told them that they do not have an expected delivery. they did not push through even though it was already paid through Gcash. How disappointing the service I encountered....
