I recently visited Gerry's grill, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of comfort and sophistication. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our evening special.

Amazing as usual! We always go here whenever we visit Santiago City for years since they've opened. But tonight is better than the rest because of the staff's politeness and attentiveness to our needs. The food quantity and quality is topnotch. Staff Julius took our order and served our food as well, a fellow who seems to be enjoying his job, he's a good addition to the team. Jennifer also helped us with the billing with grandma using her senior card, she is prompt with service as well. Seafood Fried Rice was unfortunately too salty, and we had to order 1 plain rice to mix with it. The Nilagang Bulalo also had a salty soup, and despite requesting a replacement, the meat still had an aftertaste and odor. However, the crew/chef offered to prepare a new order in about 30 minutes, which was appreciated, though we ended up taking it out since we were already full.
