service is very poor. we need to stand and call a waiter so we can order.

layout of the menu is poorly designed, there are pictures of some food but it did not have any labels.

order of serving food is also poor, main course (meat platter) and rice was served first and appetizers (fried lumpia) was served for I think more than 10 mins after the main course but it was undercooked so we sent it back again. the soup that was served to us was wrong, we ordered tinola - tuna belly but was served sinigang, so we sent it back to be replaced. they charge by the gram for the seafood but did not asked us how many we want and when it came it is too many for us (partly our fault not saying how much when we were ordering.). the drinks was servered LAST.

again, when we need to follow up an order, we need to go the counter and follow up there.

we stayed there for almost 2 hours, but most of our stay is for waiting for our orders to arrive.

I've been to this place a few times over the years, it is pretty consistent. They have a live singer and are almost always having some rondom birthday party or anniversary. It's definitely a popular place to go. They have a pretty good selection of bbq and other Filipino dishes. I will say they are Filipino sized so if you have a big appetite you may need to order more than one plates worth. The prices are down to earth and the ambiance was good, I will say the portions were little bit small this year but I guess we can chalk that up to the pandemic. There is a room in the back if you wanted to rent it for a private parties, I believe they wanted 3000php where last time they didn't charge us. If your ok with spending that kind of cash the private room does have AC and great lighting for pictures. It can be a bit challenging getting a ride back to town if you are there late...
