McDonald's Kawit Centennial — Restaurant in Kawit

I am not sure how mcdonalds now is taking feedback seriously, but today we ordered food via drive thru. We repeatedly emphasize to make sure we get a newly up fries for our 3 orders meal. Servers acknowledged the message but ended up, still getting cold and lapse fries. They even asked us to wait for more than 5mins as they claim that fries are still being fried. I hope you know the feeling of excitement knowing that you'll eat "HOT" food on a rainy midnight and getting what you've paid for, only to get disappointed and pissed off eating under quality food while driving back home. VERY SLOW SERVICE via delivery. During the last time I ordered, we waited around 1 hour only to find out our order was not processed due to glitches on their side for app deliveries. They didn't even call to inform us -- we were the ones who had to call to confirm. In the few times I ordered from them, something is always unavailable but they weren't listed as unavailable in the app. If competitors can list what's unavailable in their delivery app, why can't you? Overall, a go to Mcdonald's spot that I would go to. Their coffee is different from all of the other branches we have been to. (I know because I've been going to most of the branches here in Cavite and they have the most consistent one in my opinion)

Their staff are nice, the place looks clean. There's also a staff that is so hard working which I am happy to see. He was dedicated in making the front of house nice and clean for the new customers coming in....
