Chowking Drive Thru — Restaurant in Koronadal

There were rumors that this branch has the slowest personnels the franchise had. I did not accept the opinions that were circulating around the city until I have tried it myself... well... they were actually right, the personnels doesn't value their customers need, when in fact they may not be aware that they are working in a FASTfood industry. I actually love the fastfood company itself but not the personnel from this branch, aside from sounding sarcasting when you order, (I always sound friendly to frontliners) them saying "ano pa order mo?" "May ara pa? (Meron pa)?" I let it pass as always. But for them to avoid more complaints, I hope the one who franchised this branch would have to take a double check on their personnels performance. This is the first Chowking Drive-thru in Visayas and Mindanao and the newest in the region. Interiors and design & fixtures take on a contemporary Chinese eatery on the esteros of Chinatown. The lobby area is huge by former Chowking standards which is good because all that space makes the box type structure more breathable. The entrance to the drive-thru resembles that of Jollibee and when we tried it, there were only a few items for take out.. to make the order to payment to takeout process faster. I visited this fast food restaurant to enjoy my comfort food, the "Chao Fan Lumpiang Shanghai," and opted not to order any drinks. To my delight, I didn't have to wait long; my food arrived just 1-2 minutes after I placed my order.

What really impressed me was the exceptional customer service. One of the staff members noticed that I was blowing on my rice to cool it down and promptly handed me a glass of water, which I truly appreciated.
