Marosan's Restaurant — Restaurant in La Trinidad

This used to be the regular stop for buses from Baguio going to Bontoc and Sagada. I usually stop there to buy baked goods and snacks. The restaurant serves the usual rice meals served in these mountains, hardy rice meals. Their pancit canton is good, with lots of vegetables.

What frustrates me, however, is that they have not fixed their restrooms which have remained, for my more than two decades of travelling in the Cordilleras, dark, smelly, always wet. I think customer convenience is not part of their business ethics.

I always get the feeling that for their cashiers and waitresses, customers are a nuisance. Don't expect smiles and kind answers if you...
