I have nothing but praise for DIP. Our brief experience here has left me aghast and scrambling for words to describe how great the food and service was. Every bite and chew was just followed by a very prolonged "mmmmmmm" and "ugh!" And the occassional nodding of the head.

The amuse bouche was served while waiting for our order and when the server politely asked if were okay with fresh tuna, my mind replied "I dont really eat raw fish" but I was immediately converted after taking my first bite. The potato causa sitting on sweet beetroot sauce and topped with tender, fresh tuna was just incredible. For someone who doesnt enjoy raw fish and beetroot, I enjoyed it quite a lot. The fish was void of any fishy taste and all you can savor was its sweetness and tenderness that felt almost melting butter.

We had the Nigiri Platter and the Spicy Crabmeat Causa along with some of the gelato they serve poolside but opted to have it inside. Not only were these very visually impressive, we enjoyed every moment savoring each bite. Again, the morsels of Tuna and Salmon on the nigiri was butter soft and sweet and every bit of the crabmeat causa was an explosion of flavor! It is always very difficult to describe great food and this was the only problem I had with DIP. Im afraid I cannot put into words how great the food was complemented by the warm and topnotch service of their staff. Chef Daniel and his team should be proud of this gem of a restaurant.

My experience at this restaurant was alright. The restaurant itself is very nice inside and has both indoor and outdoor dining sections. We chose the outdoor section, and even though it was a bit windy, the outdoor section offered great views of the beach and water.

The food was alright for the price, but some dishes seemed a bit uninspiring - pork belly with roasted vegetables. I really recommend the Crispy Maki Furai sushi that has smoked salmon and cream cheese and is rolled in panko - I thought all the flavors blended really well.

Every single staff member we encountered here was polite and professional. The employees were very welcoming here, but service at times was a bit slow, and other times, it was tough to get a servers attention even when it was not busy.
