called them in the morning to do a reservation for a dinner. The booking was accepted and said we can actually do a walk-in, i still proceed with the booking just to make sure. We arrived ahead of our booking and we are group of 14, to have a birthday dinner, the tables are not yet setup. Then we asked for the menu, we were informed that there were no chicken dishes available, that’s fine, then we tried to order 4 whole slabs of ribs and they say they only have a one order of half slab, then we tried to order steak, they don’t have as well. I just don’t understand why they have accepted the booking if most of their dishes on the menu aren’t available. We called in advance and for group of 14, they should’ve expected that there will a good amount of food orders for...

-Their staff were shy but polite,friendly and warm. -The place was good, and smells very nice and was cozy. -It takes a while for their food to be served so make sure to order an appetizer esp if you came in hungry like us 😅, but since I asked beforehand, they informed me that food would be served within 30-35mins. I hope this could improve though. Their food was ok, the Beef Salpicao was spot on, the Ribs were a bit on the salty side, the buttered garlic shrimp were frozen but was just seasoned well. We loved their mozzarella croquettes, tortang talong and chopsuey. Food is on the pricey side but servings...

We had a bad experience here. Poor service and staff left us unattended when we haven't received everything we ordered. We had to bill out early and never got to enjoy what we were eating, with so many people bustling around us. That experience made us very uncomfortable. They should have closed the restaurant for customers if they hava an event going on. Its not something we expect for a fine dine restaurant. We love trying foods from different restaurants, the food is good, but so far, worst service we've...
