We went here for a photoshoot last October 2022 when Paeng was in a middle of a rampage so was not the best of times but still, we had a good time here.
Some things the place could improve: Customer service • I cannot stress this area enough. Even at the start of our reservation, their promos, pdf flyers and website lay-out is so confusing. Even their agents are diffucult to communicate with i.e. they don't really get the questions we were asking them and they answer just simply to answer during our email and calls with them. I feel they do no really grasp the idea of putting yourself in your customers shoes and this id frustrating for customers like me.
• When we arrived and I mentioned above that it was in middle of Paeng's rampage, I would assume that mgmt would prepare at least umbrellas and towels for the guests who will be checking in. You need to get out of the car, walk in an open area for you to get to their reception. So imagine us getting drenched by the rain, even with umbrellas, when we reached the reception. They did not even offer towels for us to dry off. I asked if they have bigger umbrellas we can borrow, they said none. Ironically, they were selling umbrellas at the reception table side.😅
Wait at least 2 weeks before the date reserved for payment - I don't really get this process of theirs. Why wait for the last 2 weeks before the customer pays for the reservation?
Overall, the place is good. Good food, service and staff. We did not get to enjoy fully the amenities and aside from the above areas for improvement, this is a good place to relax, chill and do photoshoots.
Thanks, TOGF! Hopefully, your services improves when...
Read moreAmazing experience and really a lovely place. Me and my partner actually scheduled our visit here last Feb. 18, 2023 (morning) but due to bad weather, we reschedule it on Mar. 4, 2023 (morning) and their management accepted it which is for us we consider it as A+ good customer service. The place is really wonderful and it feels like we travel outside of the country because of the one of a kind scenery. There are lots of farm animals and they all look very healthy and well taken care of. You can purchase animal feeds if you want to have a moment feeding them during your visit. The staffs are really nice starting from parking up to the accomodation and they assisted us on all things that we need. We even had a chance to place our toy store sticker on their door at the Windmill Information area. (check out POPS Infinity PH for your toys and collectible needs). The food tasted very delicious and there serving is very generous. The food exceeds our expectation, seriously. The Kapeng Barako for coffee is refillable and really tasted perfect for an average coffee drinker like me. They also have free but limited wifi connection, you just need to ask for the wifi password on the information area and they will give you the copy of the wifi password. There are lots of souevenirs and "pasalubong" available that you can purchase before you leave the place. The price in visiting here is a bit pricy but for us, it is really worth it to to give it a try visiting this place especially on a special ocassion you are going to celebrate. We will definitely visit here...
