Very Bad experience in Pagsanjan branch. 11/02/2024 around 3:30pm. Very dirty seats. Seats with so many live cockroaches. We lost appetite at the start of the meal. Staff do not care at all. They just let us transfer to another seat beside while they cleaned the seats infront of us using vacuum. They did not show concern at all. After billing out, i told the staff about what happened. I told her that there are still cockroaches. She just told us that the cleaner did not come that day. We were shocked with that answer. Why did you even operate with dirty surroundings especially very dirty seats? No one even apologized and approached us. We didn't even meet the manager that time. It happened like it was just nothing. My girlfriend did not finish her meal after we transferred seats. You are a restaurant. Customer service and cleanliness should be your priority! We will not recommend this because of this very bad...

We went sa Lucban branch for my Dad's 62nd bday. Bago pumunta ng thursday night, nagchat ako to reserve a table for 5 pax then someone replied and asked for my name, branch, contact #date & time and # of pax.. hindi na ko nagreply kasi ang daming hinihingi eh malapit na rin naman kami.. medyo mahirap hanapin yung place kasi super sikip ng daan and walang parking space, sa tapat lang kami nag park. Upon arrival, I went straight sa 2nd floor kasi mas maganda dun. siguro may 2 tables pang available akong nakita.. a staff welcomed me sa stairs and told me, naka reserve daw yun. Sabi ko, ako yung nagchat na nagpareserve ng table for 5. Then umiling yung babae and insisted na reserved yung mga tables. She declined me. Nadisappoint ako. So I went downstairs since may 2 tables pa naman. We ordered na. May hubby ordered Steak and Fries with extra rice but they gave him Steak Angus beef na may kasamang rice so napilitan pa siyang kumain ng dalawang rice. The food is fine. Sabi sa other reviews, sulit daw kasi madami. But when I saw my pesto, it's meh. Hindi ako nabusog sa sobrang konti nya.. so I would say, don't order their pasta kung gutom ka. yung food naman ng family members ko, okay naman except yung salmon teriyaki doria na muntik ng matinik ang daughter ko.. then we also ordered a slice of their red velvet cake for my dad. They sang a song for him, which was fun to see kasi unique yung song. Kaso the cake was dry, yung sponge buhaghag. We also ordered their meaty pizza which is so good because of their dough. 3100 ang total bill namin for 5 pax. Before we left, I asked my dad to check the 2nd floor kasi curious siya sa aesthetic. Then he said, wala naman daw tao dun. I would've scored them with 5 stars kung sana pinwesto nila kami sa 2nd floor...

The place was small but really nice. The interior was also well-designed and not your typical setup for a small town. The staff were accommodating. We ordered carbonara, steak, frappes, and some desserts like bingsu. Everything was delicious, and the quality of the food was justifiable given the prices. It’s a bit pricey compared to other places, especially since it’s located in a small provincial town, but the quality makes up for it.
