Lucban Trip, December 2021
It was rainy and 21°C in Lucban when we visited so it made me crave for some ramen! Good thing I found Nigazz House of Ramen when I was looking for places that serve hot noodle soup in Lucban.
So we went ahead and found this cute and charming ramen house along Rizal Street. The place is small and can only seat a few guests at a time, but it's okay cause we really planned to take out our order and eat at the hotel.
We waited at the table outside the resto for about 30 min for our order. We got Tonkotsu Ramen in Original and Classic flavors. The price range of their classic ramen is at P240-P290 while the special ramen dishes cost around P280-P340.
The ramen was not that hot anymore when we arrived at the hotel, but it was very flavorful and still enjoyable! They had generous servings and the taste was authentic tonkotsu ramen - you can imagine the broth was prepared by boiling pork bones for hours - yummy and satisfying!

First order, Kani Salad. They have this salad tower topped with kani, veggies, apples, their mayo sauce and corn kernels. It’s good. Tastes fresh.
Then came the Ramen and Gyozas. Their gyoza is good as well. You will really taste the ginger but not that overpowering. Very good grill shine and marks.
I got the Spicy Cheesy Ramen which is kind of salty on the get-go but the delicious flavor is there. I am with my sisters and they ordered the regular miso ramen which is good as well and not on the salty side which I liked more.
This is a really good place to have a hot bowl of ramen especially Lucban is mostly cold for most of the year.
Will definitely go back...
Read moreVery tiny space packed with coziness and warmth of steaming hot ramen, perfect for the cold and frequent drizzle of rain in Lucban. Food is delicious and value for money is 👍🏼. Can squeeze in a barkada of less than 20 (or 15) in a side table and 3 small ones, that is how tiny the place is. But they can prepare orders for take out also so yoj can enjoy the goodness in the comfort of your or your friend's home. They previously posted catering for events though I'm not sure if this is still ongoing. For those visiting Lucban, they have to visit the place and...
