The thing is I also operated a restaurant as well (non anneville competition kasi exclusive restaurant sya and not in lucena city) and sensitive ako to know whats going on sa kitchen or sa bar. Kung may gusto sya ipaliwanag sa customer, kausapin nya directly hindi yung nagpaparinig lang sya (sa ordinaryong customer hindi yun mapapansin) we have felt for the second time being attacked by such attitude. We felt after ordering a bunch of food for a special day, parang pinapakita nya thru her attitude na dadayain or lulugihin sya just because we have asked for another small bowl of gravy. Idk if she knows me personally or have I done something but what we remembered is entering the restaurant with smile and greetings with the crew. If not, i think she is burntout with the business. Naiipit un crew nya sa attitude nya. For a 25peso gravy magpapakilala sya ng ganon. First time I experienced the resto couple of months ago, un gravy is refilled for free kaya we approached again, we though its okay, again just for 1 small bowl of gravy. Kng gsto magpacharge pd nmn sabhn nd yung parang binibilangan ka ng oras sa pagkain at paalisin kaya ganun un attitude/treatment sayo. Btw 2 tao lang kami and we have ordered 2 individual meals, 1 whole dish for sharing, 2 frappes, 1 large sharing mushroom soup. Nkalimutan ng crew i serve ung slices of cakes. Not to brag the order but for the mgt to visualize that we went there for their food because masarap. Over all NAKAKAPANGLIIT PO UN ATTITUDE NG MANAGER NYO, even if shes the owner sobrang OFF po talaga. Nd nmn alam bat 2nd time na naoobserve namin sa knya yan, was it hindi kami taga lucena? Anneville please let people know kng bawal ang taga ibang location kumain sa restaurant nyo? Wala rin po kayo security guard during that time, paano po un safety?
