Luisa and Daughter is a 30-year old resto serving Filipino food plus internation dishes like Thai pancit, Korean Barbecue (bulgogi), tacos and sukiyaki on their menu. However, if there’s one local dish LUISA and Daughter has made a name of is Chami - flat Miki Noodles or Shanghai-style noodles stir-fried or sautéed with meat and vegetables. We were invited to the kitchen where they do all the cooking and demonstrated to us how to cook chami.
The “Chami” that they serve warm to their customers do not contain artificial seasoning. It is purely made of “kaldo” or chicken stock. That’s the reason why the taste is authentic and a healthy version. They serve two variations: Chami regular (sweet) and Binalibag sa toyo (spicy).

It's ideal for both the kids and the older customers. The ambiance is really casual and relaxed; ideal for family bonding. The food was also great, we ordered tons of dishes from the menu and it was delicious alright.
