First and foremost, our overall experience at Conti’s Lucena was excellent, especially the food, everything we ordered was delightful and well-prepared. The ambiance of the place was homey and inviting, which made it the perfect spot for our family to celebrate a special occasion. However, I would like to share a concern regarding the service during our visit. The waiter assigned to our table, “Je or Jerome” seemed to be not in the best mood. While we were placing our orders, he remarked, “Sino ba ang uunahin ko?” we understood that the restaurant might have been busy, but we were simply excited to order our meals. Later on, when my uncle politely asked for tissue and said this exactly to him “Kuya pagkatapos mo padala ako ng tissue ha then the response he received was “Mamaya solo lang ako di kaya ng powers ko” then my uncle replied “Sabi ko naman di pa naman ngayon, ang sabi ko pagkatapos mo di ba”. While the words themselves may not be offensive, the tone and delivery of these statements came off as unprofessional and lacking in warmth. As a hospitality professional myself, I firmly believe that service is just as important, if not more, than the food. There are many restaurants in Lucena City offering similar or even better menus, but what sets establishments apart is the customer experience. We keep coming back to Conti’s not just because of the food, but because of how it makes us feel welcomed and valued. Unfortunately, this recent experience fell short in that area. I hope this feedback reaches the management of Conti’s Lucena and encourages investment in regular F&B service training for the team. Please know that this comment is not meant to harm anyone but is shared in the spirit of helping your team grow and improve further. Thank you for taking the time...

I ate with my Family and my experience was disappointing. The waiting times were excruciating to say the least. We waited an hour for our food. When it arrived, the food was not worth the wait. I ordered their regular halo-halo special and the mom's garlic longganisa. The halo-halo I ate was probably the worst I ever tasted. It's overpriced and the texture was horrible. The ice wasn't properly grated, resulting in these large chunks of ice that u have to bite down HARD to even eat. For its price of 165 pesos, it didn't even have a barely satisfying amount of sahog. Resulting in a disappointing halo-halo experience (which is hard to do). Now for the mom's garlic longganisa, which was even more disappointing. They asked me how I like my eggs done for the longganisa dish. Key word "They". I told them I wanted them sunny side up. They gave me scrambled. Which I can excuse, it's not that big of a deal, but if they were the ones to ask, I'd at least like that they follow my orders. Now for the longganisa itself. Now my standards for longganisa may be skewed, as I grew up near Lucban, but the longganisa I ate were just not it. They were very dry and did not taste GOOD. I can't really describe the taste though, just that it was very dry and did not taste good. Most frozen longganisa I've bought, tasted way better. The amount of longganisa they gave me was pathetic too, they gave me like 8 ball shaped longganissa, with it's price of like 300+ pesos I expected a little bit bigger portion size

Now I can only describe MY EXPERIENCE. Your experience may differ with the different dishes you may consume. But I can say this, the atmosphere of the place was fantastic, the service was pretty good too(ignoring the mishap with my eggs), and the cakes were pretty good...

Had the hearty chowder, the flavor was very good. Problem were the small crab shells that were in the soup and one needs to spit the bits out. The lengua served to me was a disappointment: incorrect angle of cutting that also resulted to a dry mouthfeel. At least if they really have cuts along the grain then they should have not used them for serving. Service was fast. The place is well made for good dining but there was a fly or maybe two, trying to sample our food.

No photos, I did take a mobile phone. I was expecting an excellent experience and wanted no distractions from dining enjoyment. Next time, I will take a...

Lucena Conti's Lucena , it's a haven for veggie and seafood lovers . Forget bland salads, their menu overflows with vibrant Filipino flavors, from creamy Kare-Kare brimming with fresh veggies to sizzling Chicken Sisig that's all about the satisfying sizzle. End your feast with a heavenly Mango Bravo (pastillas included!), and let the attentive staff make your experience unforgettable. Trust me, Conti's Lucena proves Lucena's culinary scene shines even without the pork. Highly recommend!

We came for brunch. Ordered the all-day breakfast and breakfast bowls. Salmon and Chicken breakfast bowls are more budget friendly than the plated ones, but definitely tastes good! Also had their chocolate similar to a batirol. Also good. Location is great, parking is large, and comfort rooms are clean. Though not a place where you can eat everyday because all foods are a bit pricey. Next time I’ll try their coffee and cake combos.
