Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Lucena

placed my order at 8:58 in the morning june17 on father's day for delivery at 7 in the evening, i placed the order early because i know it will be a busy day since it's father's day, order was not delivered at 7 so i called.. only to find out Isabella from Shakeys Domoit Lucena forgot about my order, promised they would make it up and deliver at 8:30, still did not make it, i called again, Isabellla said they could not find my house??? we had deliveries before, they usually call to ask for directions which they did not do so that time and just asked about directions when i called them again at 8:33pm then Isabella bragged about having the pizza free on her??? we had visitors waiting from 7pm, we did not place an order early in the morning to get the pizza for free,..it was a total shame that our visitors were waiting for that from 7pm and had waited an hour and 45 minutes later to have it. Is it acceptable that they would just forget an order like that and still not able to make it after she had committed to deliver after an hour...

When it first opened, my brother and i ordered pizza for the family since we love ordering pizza at shakeys in manila. But when we saw the pizza delivered, it looked like as if 'tinipid' sa ingredients. You can count the pepperoni, pineapples etc. It was disappointing and the wholw family was actually even looking forward to it.

After few yrs, we tried it out again - my client and I had our early dinner here. Hoping it would be different if dined in. But the pizza was still disappointing especially our take out - our free pizza. The pasta, chicken and all other food was good but not the pizza. Still. My client also got a bit impatient since there was only one staff assisting us the whole time. He was also assisting other customers at the same time. Hands down to the thin-tall kuya who was kind and patient from all the requests. Once again, my family was disappointed with the free pizza I took home for them.

I do hope that this branch can change my review someday. Location, place and parking are...

The service crew and the branch manager are not knowledgeable about their Supercard's promo and mechanics. We dined in during my birthmonth and according to the card's benefits, there's a "One-time 15% OFF on your dine-in bill valid within your birth month". It was even posted in their store and I pointed at it while explaining, they insisted that the 15% OFF can only be availed at the exact day of your birthday. They should be fully informed on what are the actual benefits and perks of the Supercard and not making things up. They're not also aware of the FREE cup of UCC brewed coffee every time you dine-in. They included that coffee in my bill even though they already know I have a Supercard. The branch manager and the crews should have a refresher about the benefits of...
