I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
The first sentence basically summarizes my experience at this particular location. I was born and raised in Morong, relocated to a different country and now frequently just visit weeks at a time. Jollibee, like so many Filipinos, is a home away from home which is why I am so upset.
The kid's meals come with toys that are very coveted by many. Im not a collector myself, but I thought Id kill two birds with one stone by treating my nieces and nephews with a Jollibee merienda while taking the collectible toys as souvenirs for my other nieces and nephews abroad.
I ordered 15 kids meals with the hopes of getting a variety of different kinds of toys. While we were paying for our order, we watched another customer as he opened his blind box and tried blindly feeling what character was inside the sealed bag. As he was doing this, another associate behind the counter was helping him feel out the toys as well. Witnessing that, I thought this location was chill, helping their customers get what they want. I was wrong.
After our order was ready, my cousin went to the counter to pick up and asked the associate helping her if it was alright to "feel out" the toys. Her response was "NO." When she was questioned about the other customer before (who, might I add, spent at least 20 minutes feeling out TWO toys) her response was "maybe he knows the manager." Not only was it unfair, but more importantly, it was very unprofessional. We didn't wanna push it so we just left with our orders and thought that was that. It wasn't.
When we got home and distributed the goods to the kids, one of them asked why there wasn't any gravy with her chicken. We checked the other chicken orders, none of them had gravy. There wasn't anything we could've done at that point except this: writing this review. Please Morong Jollibee, do better...
Read moreIt was almost dinner time when we ordered. But unfortunately, most of the food thatbwe ordered are not available (chickenwich) or will need to wait for 45 minutes for Chickenjoy. Yes! 45 minutes. Other customer who were waiting were told 20 minutes waiting time, but in reality it was 45 minutes and they were furious infromt of the counter. (cant blame them). Burger 15 minutes waiting time. Tuna pie 10 minutes waiting time and the branch was not even crowded. So instead of waiting for the orders, customer are leaving instead and they also have a lot of staff running around but only 1 was...
Read moreJust now i went through the drive thru of Jollibee Morong. Their speak wasnt working for a long time (years), now maybe they just activated it but i did not notice so i went straight to the window to order, whowever the rude staff doesnt want to take my order unless I’m going to do a detour to order through the speaker. It’s not logical at all, she should have taken the order and reminded me to use the speaker moving forward! What kind of staff do you have?! Doesnt know the word “customer...
