McDonald's — Restaurant in Luzon

We have visited McDonalds Tanay for several times already. The place was good especially the playplace for children. Unfortunately, there is one employee that caught my attention named Hannah. I took note of her name the last time I visited because I cannot tolerate anymore her rude attitude towards the customers. She does not even bother to greet and smile. It seems like she is being disturbed though it is her job to get orders as a service crew. She also does not give eye contact when talking to the customers in front of her which is one of the basic rule when you are assigned in the cash register. The first time I encountered her rude attitude, I just let it pass. I thought, maybe she is just too tired. But then, the second time, third time and so on that I encountered her during my visits in McDonalds, it seems like she is always irritated and with the same rude attitude. The Tanay McDonald’s restaurant offers satisfactory food and service, but substantial improvements are required in its facilities. Several observations and suggestions have been identified to enhance the service experience.

Within the restaurant, a persistent fly infestation poses a concern. Additionally, the air conditioning system is inadequate, as it fails to provide sufficient cold air. Furthermore, the main entrance door is consistently left ajar, facilitating fly entry and hindering the effectiveness of the air conditioning. Implementing measures such as the presence of a security guard or staff to man the entrance door and ensure its closure would be beneficial. This would also assist in managing the entry and exit of customers and the crew in opening the door when delivering food in the al fresco area.

Furthermore, the wash area requires immediate attention. The faucet is malfunctioning, and the toilet floor is perpetually wet despite the crew’s continuous mopping efforts. Sewer gas is observable within the toilet and...
