Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place!

My last visit to this diner was nothing short of a disaster. I must say, I've never encountered such poor service and attitude in a dining establishment.

First off, the quality of the meat they served was abysmal. It was mostly fat, and it felt like they were trying to pass off the scraps as premium cuts. When I complained and asked for a replacement, they reluctantly agreed but had the audacity to want to charge us for the leftovers. I mean, seriously? We didn't eat the fatty meat for a reason, and they should have understood that.

The staff and owner were incredibly difficult to deal with. They seemed unwilling to listen to our concerns and insisted on charging us for food we didn't even consume. It's disappointing when a restaurant can't grasp the basic concept of customer satisfaction. The owner even got mad when we said that we weren't satisfied with the food quality and service, talk about freedom of speech eh? (😤🤮)

Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are plenty of other Korean barbecue options in the area that offer better quality food and much more reasonable service. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this diner...
