Food was actually pretty good. Lots of attention to the small details to get the flavor and texture right.
Salmon sashimi is good. Not superfresh ofcourse, but this is Cauayan after all, I have no idea how they get supplies here but they did the best with what they have.
Also had the salmon bowl with lots of rice. The kani salad was great, thinly sliced iceberg lettuce was appreciated. And the ramen bowl was also ok. Topped it off with the matcha dessert.
Pricewise, well it's at the upper end but I'm sure the ingredients are expensive to get out here,...
