Typed in Japanese Food into Google Maps and this one showed up. Cozy place with a nice garden. Felt welcoming. Food was actually pretty good. Lots of attention to the small details to get the flavor and texture right. Salmon sashimi is good. Not superfresh ofcourse, but this is Cauayan after all, I have no idea how they get supplies here but they did the best with what they have. Also had the salmon bowl with lots of rice. The kani salad was great, thinly sliced iceberg lettuce was appreciated. And the ramen bowl was also ok. Topped it off with the matcha dessert. Pricewise, well it's at the upper end but I'm sure the ingredients are expensive to get out here, so all good.

I never thought a restaurant like this would be in Cauayan. The place had a cozy and inviting vibe. The service was great. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The Tantanmen ramen wasn’t exactly like the authentic Japanese ramen I expected but it still tasted nice. Overall, I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Love their sushi rolls and sashimi, and I keep coming back for it. Update: we went on the July 23 unli Teppanyaki promo and got the chance to take a pic woth Chef Migs. Great service as always despite full house. Update: still our favorite Japanese resto in Isabela. Very consistent not only with the taste but also with service.
