Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Mabalacat

Supposedly no stars at all. We went there with 32-35 people. Of course im sure they did not expect the crowd at all, and we’re willing to wait. Almost an hour later, food is ready but here’s the thing. The air condition is broken No soup. ( supposedly it is part of the meal. Also informed them we want some when we were ordering and they said okay) Chicken oil sachet, informing us only 1 per person ( and then i saw them refilling a sauce bottle and others freely getting) Chickens were raw. (We didnt have time to complain, considering there were so many of us, with some old men and women mixed with kids as well.) I couldn’t even use a tray to bring water upstairs. I asked 3x , they kept saying they dont have when clearly there was right beside the manager. This branch needs a serious training session on customer service. The staff has a terrible attitude and they act as if they are doing you a favor just by taking your order, and the staff's bad demeanor immediately killed our mood. We requested if we can get some sauce (soy sauce/ calamansi) politely, and the staff just ignored us and walked away. The bad service and attitude of the staff make it not worth a return. The ground floor is typically cramped, especially on busy days. Parking is limited to two cars in the front. The building does have an underground parking, but the entrance is too steep, probably the reason. Why it's only limited to motorcycles only. However, the 2nd floor is much roomier but still could get cramped with a lot of people. Food is the same on all other Mang Inasal outlets. Servers are very friendly and accommodating.
