Jollibee Fisher Mall Malabon — Restaurant in Malabon

The crews isn't that accomodating. I was alone when I eat there last time. I accidentally spilled the mango pie on my pants so I ask for some tissues on one crew but he told me to go get it on the counter. I can't leave my table because I have a lot of things with me plus the dirt on my pants. I ask again on some crew, good thing he did my request. I know that it isn't that big deal but I hope you should be considerate with your customers that is...

It's really frustrating. Yung crew ninyo sa jollibee fm malabon (Crew "mitche") nakalagay sa receipt is dine in pero naka-take out. Pumunta yung kasama ko para ipa-dine in and pinakita niya naman yung receipt na dine in but instead to say sorry dinabugan pa yung kasama ko and worst pagkain pa talaga yung ginaganon. I hope na madisiplina niyo yung crew na yan. Wag kayo tanggap ng tanggap. And hindi lang unang beses nangyari tong pagsusungit ilang beses na rin to but I understand kasi baka stress lang sila and pagod however professionalism is important. Yes we knew na nakakapagod yung work niyo so we keep humble and kind Idunno the other cs but me and my family know how to respect so please its really embarrassing sa kasama ko kaya nag-attitude na rin siya sa mitche na crew na yan. I hope you notice this kind of complain. I never complain or what to other restaurants or store but the respect?, really?

Food was as usual of jollibee naman, kaso yung pineapple na nainom ko dito sa branch na to sobrang iba compared sa ibang jolibee na nakakainan ko. Sobrang lansa na sobrang metallic, almost nakakasuka yung lasa. Sanay naman ako na may hint ng metallic taste yung lasa ng pineapple juice ng jolibee pero iba talaga dito. Sinabi ko to sa manager na kahit hindi na sana palitan, wag na lang kako iserve sa iba pero sabi nila ganon daw talaga yung lasa non. First time ko lang nakatikim ng ganon na pineapple juice kadiri. Laki pa naman ng binili kong drinks hahaha. Would never eat in this branch again. Sayang lang...
