1. security guard was late to assist for car parking. unorganized grab and private vehicles are mixed together.it appears his job is only to make sure customers entering is wearing mask and thats all.

2. staff do not care if your order has been completed, they serve the food and just go without checking or asking what else is missing.

3. the manager appears to have no supervision of her staff, when complaint was given she just pointed that its the staff inside who made the mistake. she has no conviction of her management.
