KFC — Restaurant in Malabon

I specifically indicated notes..for the bucket of chicken (thigh or legs and no wings or breast), variand of 7 original and 3 spicy, including 10 cutlery for 10 people. I got a call from the grab food rider that the spicy chicken is not available so I had to go with all original which is fine I do not know about policies and all but I do not think it is but proper for the rider to relay such concern about food matters directly to the customer nor should they be the one to tell the customer about options, that is not their job and not their accountability. Now when the order arrived I got of course, wings and all sorts of parts, NO cutlery not even 1 NO tissue, and most importantly NO OFFICIAL RECEIPT! I was specifically looking for the recipt as I was planning to lodge a formal feedback but it is no where to be found apart from the grab food receipt taped on the plastic bag.
