Starbucks Boracay Airport — Restaurant in Malay

5 star is not enough for their good service. My favourite top 1 Starbucks branch. Why?? They’re very accomodating answering my questions even though they’re still close and managing to set-up the store before 6 am.

Especially they can tolerate some rude customers and work professionally. They even count your change just to make sure you’ve got the right and exact amount of money, which is completely rare from any Starbucks store (I forget his name it’s either Jad or starts with letter J for the staff name).

Through international and local, I would say that Caticlan got the best team! Kudos to your Team manager and the rest of staff for bringing the best experience I had! I hope you continue giving the same thing that I’ve experienced while I’m at Caticlan.

I always repeat business with Starbucks but Caticlan team would be the perfect in the hospitality...

An international café that does not need an explanation, it is located in Gate No. 3/4 of Cebu Pacific Air and AirAsia. The service was good! Employees were so nice, and approachable, quick, and are able to fulfill needs of the customers.
