Jollibee, the #1 fast food chain in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, continues to deliver its iconic charm at Robinsons Malolos. Located on the ground floor near the main entrance, the branch underwent renovations in 2024, introducing self-ordering kiosks (two inside, one outside) and a convenient takeout nook for quick orders.

I ordered the classic Chickenjoy in spicy and an iced tea for P114, which were served quickly thanks to their efficient service lanes. The cashiers, crew, and manager provided excellent customer service. While the seating arrangement is a bit cramped, the space is clean and inviting.

One area for improvement: I wish they would confirm chicken part availability before finalizing orders. Despite this, Jollibee’s consistently delicious food and upgrades solidify why it remains a favorite for many...

Great improvement in terms of overall service compared with my previous experience. Store was renovated and looks more spacious. I like the kiosk machine order takers where crews can easily scan/input your pre-chosen orders but can still add/revise on counters. Service is commendable considering I was there 8pm, which is pear hour for dinner. But you may want to add open counters during these intervals to avoid...

SMALL BRANCH & CHAOTIC CHAIR ARRANGEMENTS.

CASHIERS NOT ACTIVELY LISTENING TO CUSTOMERS ORDER AND CONCERN, tapos some with attitude pa. Like girl!? If you don't like your job please give it to someone who will appreciate it.

FLOOR CREW no initiative on handling queues, ung tipong mag aagawan mga customer na makaupo. Di man lang mag initiate na, after matapos nung previous customer sa table, maglinis agad.

Useless ung pa advance order tv screen nyo, super. Pasikio lang and display 😅 Kasi pipila paden sa cashier then iaask kapaden sa order mo. Am I making...
