We attended a birthday party here. Fries were way too soggy when served. We asked for catsup; staff said it will be given. Catsup never came. Spaghetti and chicken joy were cold already when served. Peach Mango Pie was served past the 30min serving/eating time; it was cold. In fact, the only thing that was hot was the gravy; because it was given late. Jollibee mascot is still a crowd favourite. Too bad management is not taking care of food quality. Immediately outside the building, upon exiting the door, smells like sewerage.
