Jollibee Malolos Crossing — Restaurant in Malolos

We attended a birthday party here. Fries were way too soggy when served. We asked for catsup; staff said it will be given. Catsup never came. Spaghetti and chicken joy were cold already when served. Peach Mango Pie was served past the 30min serving/eating time; it was cold. In fact, the only thing that was hot was the gravy; because it was given late. Jollibee mascot is still a crowd favourite. Too bad management is not taking care of food quality. Immediately outside the building, upon exiting the door, smells like sewerage. Bad for the health and definitely would ruin your chicken joy experience. Don't go to this branch if you have other Jollibee...

I've always been a fan of Jollibee, especially their famous Chickenjoy, but lately, I’ve been disappointed. It seems that most branches, including the one in Malolos Crossing, often run out of drumsticks, which are hands down the most popular item on their menu. I don’t understand why a restaurant that’s known for its fried chicken doesn’t keep enough stock of their most requested dish. Overall, this branch is ok. I just rated it lower for now because their playplace (for kids) are "under maintenance" for quiet a long time (i assume it is still under msintenance for now). I disliked, also, since for 4 to 5 times my kids were disappointed wishing they could have some extra time playing (as they normally did before in this same branch). But for the food and staff,...
