McDonald's Tikay — Restaurant in Malolos

I have visited this McDonald's from the time it was open to now. In the beginning the place was a bit of tipsy-turvy and along the way it got better the food was nice like other McDonald's service was attentive and good. But as time when on the service and quality of the food began declining. The attention span of the staff was also compromised. There was an incident when a friend of mine waited 45 minutes for his kiddies meal. I personally has not experienced that but I have been given the wrong order as I was told the food will be served, wrong change returned, quality of food severely compromised. The lack of attention of the staff or maybe the lack of understanding of English could also be a reason for the counter to key in the wrong order. However, the manager had to come and assist them in the correction and I had to walk up to the counter 4 times to correct the order. Now, I dislike being interrupted in my meals. Nevertheless, the impression I got was (1). The staff has not been properly trained. (2). Lack of discipline and attentiveness. (3). Lack of English Language understanding. (4). McDonald's need to review their suppliers delivery. I order Value Meal # 13...2 pieces of ribs chicken. After agreeing to that the delivery was 1 pc. rib and 1 pc breast. The size of chicken was small with lots of fat and flour. This is a far cry from the chicken I had at other McDonald's in Philippines not to mention the ones overseas. The french fries I usually ask for fresh hot fries and there were never an issue but this time I got almost burnt fries after returning the first set. I was tired of going back to the counter and just decided to put it in my comments. Now the plus point here were the staff who took the order and the counter staff were 2 young girls in their teens. The service crew who took the order came and apologised profusely with bowings and sincererity and the other counter staff apologised so did the manager, Sai. I had only tried their drive through and haven't eaten yet inside the store. They have ample parking space and an acceptable sized space for kiddie parties. The place is a bit awkward to turn to if you are from the south bound side of the road. As the place is right after the stoplight at the intersection.

The drive through is a bit cramped compared to other branches. The safety posts near the ordering area show signs that vehicles had already hit these safety posts due to the tightness of the space for the drive through.

Cashiers are very slow and inattentive to the customers. It is best to watch the register while ordering or you may not get what you asked for or you will get the wrong size. The drive thru used to be ok but now its just as bad as inside even when they are not busy. They have redefined fast food now it means eat cold fries while you over 5 minutes for your sandwich while they give it to someone else and wait another 5 minutes.
