Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Malolos

Food was okay, pretty much typical for a Shakey's branch.

Service was poor and disappointing though.

We sat down and gave our order to the waiter. After around 15 minutes another waiter came to our table to ask if someone took our order. In other words, our order was never sent to the kitchen. So, double the waiting time for our food.

We then received an undercooked piece of fried chicken, which we had asked to replace. Mistakes happen, that's fine. What was not fine was making us wait for several more minutes to get a replacement. I assume had we not followed up a few times we probably wouldn't have gotten the replacement. Also, our salad order took way too long to get to our table.

I would've let pass the mistakes normally. Service crew get tired, it was almost closing when we arrived, etc. But having consistently slow service and needing to follow up several times for our requests made for a...

To start off as this is the first time I am giving out a bad review, the service crew's are very laid back and arrogant. The only one that was really nice was their trainee which gave a great service. When we found our seat we waited 15 minutes and even asked assistance already to get their menus. Their menu were laminated pieces of paper that does not really describe what you will be getting. When we finished ordering we waited for about 30 minutes to be served with the food but does not include any sauces like gravy for the chicken we waited thinking that it woyld be served next but apparently they were not serving it so I asked it from the trainee. Then we also ordered bottomless but was only given a glass and I was the one who needs to manually go to the counter to get the drink as no one...

The food was just typical, I expected something more. What I hated the most is they're so slow, we waited for 45 minutes but they said that it'll be served within 15-30 mins. Also, the staffs are so loud, all over the place, and most of them is at the cashier area, standing and talking to each other which makes the me and the other customers not comfortable. Lastly, they didn't even know what's our order we already waited so long but our order isn't complete so we need to complain, they need to ask everyone in the cashier area, and we waited again. It's too much hassle plus the staffs made us very uncomfortable by staring at us....
