To whoever run this place, train your staff to be attentive and understand what the customer need is. Me and my girlfriend does not eat pork for religious purposes and we ask before we could order if you can customize order and the lady at the desk says you can, but its very upsetting because we specifically pointed out NO PORK and SEAFOOD but the server handed us a platter of noodles with pork all over it and how come he got the guts to just say "its just a topping sir"... Are you serious? Like were the customer and we pay for it. .. The downpart for this is that the managers that were just across the table were busy chatting , laughing and doesnt really care whats going on.. . Lastly about serving the Halu-halo, the server ask when do we prefer for it to be serve i told him we will just tell them because we dont know if we will still order some , 5mins later he came back with the halo-halo And were just halfway of finishing our roasted chicken so of course it melted! We do love your food in fact we would always come back here because its one of the decent store in insular but the service that your staff gives may make us think twice if we wanna...

The place is super spacious with plenty of seats to choose from, and the AC was working great, so it was a comfy vibe overall.

The cashier is super accommodating and full of energy. We dined in not knowing they offer unli rice so when we were informed about it, we are so glad! We definitely left with happy, very full tummies.

For the food, we got pork barbecue, pancit, and pork chop. The sauce? 10/10, highly recommend. Just a heads-up: don’t touch the pan! I made that mistake and burnt my hand (lesson learned).

Also, the iced tea? Surprisingly good! Overall, a great spot to chill and feast. Happy...

-The menu is too good to be true from the actual servings. Perhaps I could count how many pork bits in the Bicol express with my fingers 🤌 -Lousy customer service - we asked for an extra rice that took them 2 follow ups to be served. The crew were just chit chatting in the kitchen/counter. The cashier also shows disinterested in calling out her colleagues. they served the food one at a time that took a 20 minute interval making the other food turn cold. Could have served the food all at once.
