This awesome, yet far, ramen house is located in Cabancalan Road, Mandaue City. If you’re coming from Ayala Mall or Country Mall Banilad, just follow the main highway until your reach Cabancalan road, turn right and the restaurant is located in the right side of the road. From the outside, you can barely notice the restaurant so it’s best if you drive slowly. It’s a quaint ramen house, without a parking area so you need to look for nearest parking places nearby. In the inside, I guess it can accommodate up to 20 persons. The good thing is, they have a very nice area outside the back of their house, and so we picked a comfortable table and so we can dig in into their menu. I ordered their tagged “best seller” ramen named Noukou Kottiri and paired it with Yasai Itame. My other half ordered Tonkutso Ramen. After waiting for about 15 minutes, finally my ramen was ready. The Yasai Itame vegetable is perfect mix for any ramen dish. “Yasai” in Japanese means vegetables while “Itameru” is the word for Chinese-style stir frying. The overall taste is so unique particularly the Kottiri which is thicker, richer and heavier pork broth soup. I recommend ramen addicts to visit this restaurant so they can taste the ramen goodness by themselves. No service charge upon bill-out. This is definitely a must-return ramen restaurant for me.

Read morei wouldnt recommend this restaurant in cabancalan branch. my friends took me there for the first time as they always go to the seaside branch and really enjoyed the foods. Just arrived in Cebu from UK and was very hungry as we all know how long the flight was. i was looking forward to dine here, experience the authentic Japanese foods however it was very disappointing experience and wouldnt go back again. Our orderes were taken and was told it will take 45 mins for the order so we were patiently waiting. some of our orders came but it was 50 mins had passed and still 2 of our main courses didnt come so confronted the servers all i was told my order was given to anothe table so they werent prepared to tell me what happened if i didnt go and ask where my food was. anothe main course were forgotten to served. It was a horrible experience. i ask to speak to a manager but the didnt come out to talke to me and refused to take ownership of the problem. theres no gestures of goodwill despite of their mistakes. so i paid the bill and left and never go back...
Read moreI’m not really a fan of japanese food. But when I tasted the ramen (Noukou Kotteri), it had a rich, deep flavor to it. However, I was more in awe with their rice toppings (pork teriyaki) than with their ramen. I became more nauseous the more I engulfed the NK ramen. Fortunately, The Japanese tea had a balancing effect with my taste buds.
The ramen was indeed very heavy and filled with fat. I would definitely just buy the other rice toppings next time. Over all, the Japanese feel of the place was really cool. However the food was expensive (We spent 1200...
