No Problem STK — Restaurant in Mandaue

The taste of the food was great. Good flavor. Not salty.

Our expectations were raised because the crew were all warm & friendly. Even the guards and parking attendant were courteous and welcoming.

However, the crew failed on the basics: SERVING EFFICIENCY.

The plates and utensils were delivered ahead but not the soup bowls. The Halaan soup arrived about 10mins after ordering. The soup bowls, another 15mins. We had to remind the crew about it. Same for the condiments bowls. They could have easily delivered all these together when the plates & utensils were delivered. Easy fix. Less stress on the crew.

Other dishes arrived reasonably on time while the grilled chicken arrived almost halfway through our meal.

Finally, our bill was not processed until our companion went to the cashier to ask for it. The cashier was very apologetic. Apparently, the waitress we asked for the bill from forgot to cascade it. It did not seem very busy already since it was past 9pm.

Operational efficiency needs improvement on this specific restaurant. We learned the same group operates "Top of Cebu" resto on the 2nd level of "Tops Cebu," where that resto's service was superb.

We hope they improve service because we love their location and "lutong...

WORST PLACE OF ALL!! Read details below: -Arrived and ordered before 11:15AM (their manager/supervisor took our order, a tall skinny guy wearing their long sleeved grey shirt) -20 minutes later we asked the waiter for a follow-up on our order -30 minutes later waiter arrived bringing us 2 rice and one lumpia, these are not our orders -40+ minutes later waiter came back to let us know our order is not on their system. I told the waiter that freaking manager/supervisor took our order. Waiter wanted to take our order again and let us wait. We waited 40 minutes and they want us to order again and wait. Even if you put it on priority, we would probably need to wait another 20 minutes.

We opted to go eat on a fast food instead that is just 5 minutes away.

This is the worst...

We ordered the chicken bbq and tinola, dalandan juice for drinks as well. The chicken was fairly dry but it was okay for its price range. The tinola was good and the juice was okay as well. It wasn't really exceptional food.

The service was slightly too slow and they kept checking if they got the orders right and delivered although we were dealing just one waitress which made me wonder about their ticketing system. Besides that, the waitress was friendly and accommodating.

The atmosphere was good, open air and good aesthetics. Good for social media posting but that's about it. Expect that a lot of people are going to take pictures and also the exit is right in front of the restaurant so beware of pedestrians while driving...
