Jollibee Pedro Gil st Sta. Ana — Restaurant in Manila

I now don't come here as much ever since THIS BRANCH, had their kiosk and ofcourse before we even get to line in at the counter, WE got to get pre-orders from their kiosk which supposedly SHOULD HAVE BEEN WORKING WELL, but NO IT WAS TERRIBLE. So from there up to the counter, I had the very very bad experience, okay forget about the kiosk, let's talk about how NOT POLITE AND VERY BAD ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS are, last time, a crew told us since their kiosk is like under maintenance worst not even working to just go straight up to the counter and line up, but then this cashier has been telling us to go to kiosk first before queuing, and then I answered her many times because she's been shouting at us not so politely that we must get the PAPER before proceeding, I mean what did she think? Are we so ignorant to the means of KIOSK??? What's unbelievable was even after I told her that her co-crew told us to line up at counter, she still asked "ma'am meron kana po nung papel?" then when I got to the counter, I told her clearly my orders but she seemed to not hear my voice well, she said rudely "PAKILAKASAN PO" she was not very welcoming and friendly, and the waiting time here...

Store has been upgraded but the service has not changed much. they need to improve on their customer service.

I'm not sure if they're understaffed or not but they fail to clean the store in time prior to opening. 1 customer complained about the tables not being properly cleaned in the morning.

They don't bother asking if you need ketchup packets thus they also don't add them to your order not unless you ask them. That's an always. Unlike other stores, Cashier or crew would either ask or add ketchup packets upon sight of meal that usually comes with ketchup.

Most of the times they get something in your order incorrect or missing when it's not even peak hours.

They had 1 crew that has amazing customer service skill that we encountered one time I hope most crew...

I like Jollibee. I like the sauce of Chicken Joy and the hot steamed rice. I think they need a better inspection control on frozen chicken. I opened my Chicken Joy and I thought I was looking at dirt, gray bacteria, and bad meat. What happened to the white meat?!!! It was the unthawed blood of the chicken. I lost my appetite just seeing it on my plate. I gave it to the staff and the manager told me it is chicken blood. The manager gave me another chicken. It is the same thing. I lost my appetite and left Jollibee. Jollibee should thaw frozen chicken before deep fry it in hot temperature. I'm not going back there. They lost a customer. My advice to you, check your chicken if there is gray/red...
