Arguably one of the best Beef Pares joint in Metro Manila. Will rival Pares Retiro or Goto Tendon in the quality of their pares. The beef is soft and flavorful, beyond the regular sweet-star anise flavor. The sauce is thick and full of umami. I have not tried their other items but their pares will stop you from trying and will make you come back for more. The ambience is what you would expect from a pares joint, but the flavor exploding and lingering in your mouth will stop you from thinking anything else. While the flavor and quality is top notch, the price is miles away from anything that comes close to that sweet succulent savory goodness.
