Max's petron marilao. Service was fast. Food is good as usual. Staff are friendly and attentive. Just please have somebody infront(seater/receptionist) who knows how to facilitate seating strategy so that guest would be be waiting to long outside your door. When we came, there were 7 groups waiting to be seated. 1st on the list is a group of 10. Then group of 8, 5, and 4. When a table for four became available, someone ask the staff handling the list if they can already take the available table(3 tables for 4, but can't be re arrange since these were the table located near the glass panels) tje staff refused to give them the seat because according to her there are other groups tht camr before them which she needs to seat first. Si ate, strictly following the first come first to be seated? Hahahaha wala na nga matayuan sa labas ng pinto ayaw pa din magpaupo. Then, a waiter notice that vacant table ask her to seat the group of 4 already. She refused. She said group of 8 is already complaining, if she would seat them first magagalit un bigger group. Si waiter Ask the group if they want to be seated on 2 separate tables but adjacent. They said yes since they also want to be seated. Nabawasan tao sa labas at napuno ang mga tables sa loob. I visited this Max's location during a busy time and was impressed by the speedy service. Despite the restaurant being almost full, we were seated right away and the staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has plenty of parking space available in front. However, I must say that the food didn't quite meet my expectations. Although it was delivered quickly, it didn't taste as good as at other Max's locations I've visited. Overall, while the restaurant has a convenient location along a busy highway, I would only recommend it for a quick bite or if you're in a rush. Unfortunately, leaving the place took 30 minutes longer than expected. 15 minutes to pay and another 15 minutes to get our leftovers packed. Update: we had lunch at this Max's location again today and we left disappointed. The food was mediocre at best. What was even more disappointing was that our Max's Rewards Card was not honoured today because for some reason our bill was broken into two and individually they did not meet the criteria for the discount.
