McDonald's — Restaurant in Masbate

Everything was great, food was good, service was good, no long wait time even though it was pretty busy! (Update january 2024) did big order during breakfast time. My wife ordered 1 piece chicken meal, with sprite (we get coke instead of sprite). I ordered crispy chicken burgers x5. And saucage egg mcmuffin (the "saucage" meat was the most horrible thing i ever tasted in any mcdonalds of over 7 different country's). I could not order soft drink seperatly because breakfast time.... makes no sense as any other mcdonalds you can... ( can get with some meal combo's . But i did not get meal combi) so could only get coffee drinks which i do not drink... also in other mcdonalds i been too during breakfast you can still order the normal menu items. I thought ill order burger steak rice bowl so i can get softdrink because did not want fried chicken. Yet with those meals also only coffee available. I am very dissapointed by this experience and it ruined my previous experiences that where good. Do better... !!! This made no sense at all !!! (+the did not even gave the saucage egg mcmuffin at first "they forgot" ) unacceptable experience. Not sure if i will ever go back there. Will be better off going...

Poor service. You have to wait about 8mins for a line with only two people. Like other branches and other fastfood, the cashier is also tasked to place the food on the tray. But it takes longer especially if no food has been prepared. Sad that an upgrade to float was not allowed, but then they forgot to include the drink AND the float. I let it pass but noticed that two customers also followed up a missing item in their order. There were times when no one was there to take the orders of people waiting in line even if some personnel seem to be just chit chatting (additional 10mins?) Visited here several times already but service still hasn't improved. Establishment is spacious though good cleaning should be paid...

I try not to come to McDonald's here often because every time I do, it's always a disappointment. Yet again when waiting for the food, we are waiting for a very long time. The drinks for our order are just sitting there for 20 minutes including the coffees. So they are already getting cold. Our order is small only 3 sausage McMuffin and 3 hash browns and 2 juice and 1 coffee. Yet that order takes 20+ minutes??? And the hash browns are all burnt!!! The restaurant isn't even full house and yet the staff is running around like it's a full service lunch period. When it's not. How can they function on a high service day? Must be a mess. Honestly I never want to go back there unless I have no...
