Ciangi Resto — Restaurant in Mati

It has a very nice ambiance, budget friendly and perfect for groups of 4-8 pax. since it is near Mati Baywalk you can feel the fresh air coming from the mountains and the sea.

You can choose to sit at their alfresco dining area or enter their coffee shop (fully air-conditioned with a very nice and quiet ambiance. It is perfect for those who wants to eat and have their coffee in silence. :)

With regards to their menu:

Food: They had a very good cook, even their bulalo soup tastes like tagaytay, sinigang na baboy/ salmon, sotanghon pancit guisado, lechon belly, and pork sisig. I think all in all, their food is the best!

Coffee and Pastries: I can say that Ciangi Resto has the best coffee in town. So far, no other restaurant has the legit taste of coffee. Same with cakes. :)

Customer Service: They are very polite and respectful. It's just that you have to wait for a very long time before they get your order and serve your food. (*You will have to call them...

This resto is situated along the Baywalk of Mati City, Dvo Oriental. The place is relaxing and can really caught your attention BUT! IT'S A TRAP! Move to another restaurants especially if you want to enjoy a relaxing night. Food is quiet good but customer service is very poor. If its fine for you to wait up to 2hrs for them to complete your order (with constant follow up) and be notified that your order is no longer available the moment you're already expecting it, you can stay. :)

There's a lot of restaurants along the baywalk just see it first before deciding to spend your dinner in this resto.

No manager on duty the night we ate here. The head was the cook but very busy. So we have nobody to talk to in order to settle...

I love the taste of the foods on their menu, but the cost I think is too much for a small serving of the food. Moreover, there are too many crews but couldn't listen or maybe just not paying attention to there customers requests. The place is situated near bay walk and has a very nice scenery especially during sunset. I think what the place lacks is the customer service, from the manager down to the crews, they could've been more...
