If Google Maps allowed me to rate this place zero stars, I absolutely would. This was honestly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had.
We waited for almost an hour—after paying and confirming our order—only to be given the wrong food. We saw our orders being punched into the system, but apparently, they were never made. At first, we waited patiently, thinking the staff might just be busy. But the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. There were only a few customers, so what’s the excuse?
The staff weren’t exactly rude, but the problem was that no one paid attention to us. They were all busy with their own tasks, and it felt like we were invisible. The only person who helped us was a kuya in a different uniform (blue), who was just cleaning the floor. He noticed how long we had been waiting, came to us, apologized on behalf of his coworkers, and even tried to assure us things would be okay. Together with him, we went to the counter to ask about our order, and guess what—they asked us again what we ordered. That’s when it hit us, they had completely forgotten about it.
When we finally got our food, it was the wrong order. Unfortunately, we had already lost our receipt, so we were left with no choice but to accept it. The worst part? We paid ₱319, but the food we were given was worth way less—probably short by almost a hundred pesos. That’s not just disappointing; it’s unfair.
Yes, we admit we were careless with the receipt. But the main issue here is that the staff failed to do their jobs correctly from the start. Isn’t it their responsibility to ensure orders are properly made and served? Instead, they overlooked us completely, and we ended up stressed, hungry, and frustrated students who just wanted a decent meal.
Still, I want to say this: I’m really thankful to the kuya in the blue uniform. Imagine that—the one person not even assigned to customer service was the most helpful.
We’re not asking for a refund anymore. Just… please, do better. Because this? This was...
Read moreI bought foods earlier to-go for a simple birthday celebration. Everything was good except for the pancit canton. I know their pancit canton is very good (it was one of my favorite dishes in CK) so I bought 2 platters but to my dismay, when I got home and the food was served, the noodles are like the ones in instant noodles that can be bought 10 peso per pack and the taste is very bland. I put 2 stars because it was the only disappointing dish out of all the food I bought. I bought yang chow fried rice, s&s fish, pepper and salt pork, fried chicken, buchi and the...
Read moreOne of the worst food chain branch I ever dined into. They lack enthusiasm on getting your order, serving food and cleaning the tables. My table was cleaned when they serve my food. Crew just passed by. Ignoring the pile of dishes in my table. It stayed there for the whole time I waited. Let's see, you may say I am biased, but come on - working in a food chain like this should have set the crew's expectations. This is the second time that I encountered bad customer service on...
